Open Settings and choose an Appearance theme. Your theme is saved to your own account, so another Organise You user can choose a different one.
The selected theme is used consistently for buttons, links, selected controls, Settings tabs, focus rings and soft accent backgrounds. Each theme has its own very light surface tint as well as its stronger accent. Status colours that carry meaning remain semantic — for example Done/success stays green, warnings stay amber and cancelled/errors stay red.
Long Settings forms have a Save this section button at both the top and bottom, so you do not need to scroll back up after changing options near the end of a section.
Settings contains personal preferences. Administrators use the separate Admin Control Panel for user, invitation, log and system-level tools.
