Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to the current invite-only test version of Organise You. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that it is still under active development.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share an invitation or account in a way that gives someone unintended access to private information.
Your information
You keep responsibility for the information you add to Organise You. You should only add personal information you are entitled to keep and use, particularly information about other people in your Address Book.
Reminders are a convenience
Email reminders, calendar syncing, imports and email-to-calendar are convenience features. Delivery and syncing can be delayed or fail because of email providers, network problems, calendar-feed changes, server issues or software bugs. Do not rely on Organise You as the only record for something where missing it could cause serious harm, legal consequences or significant financial loss.
Testing and changes
Organise You is currently in testing. Features, layouts and data structures may change as the product develops. Reasonable care is taken when updating the service, but testers should expect occasional bugs or interruptions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Organise You to interfere with the service, gain access to another person's account without permission, send abusive or unlawful content, or misuse invitation, sharing or email features.
Shared calendars
If you share a calendar, you are responsible for choosing the appropriate person and permission level. Contributors should only change shared information in ways they are authorised to do.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services, such as email delivery, address lookup or external calendar feeds. Those services may have their own terms, availability limits and privacy practices.
No promise of uninterrupted availability
Organise You is provided on an as-available basis during testing. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or unexpected faults.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Organise You develops, particularly if public registration or paid plans are introduced. The date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
